Based on the frequency of the data updates Smartico is getting from the platform provider of the operator, the reporting will be updated.

Clicks/visits are updated in minutes, but registrations and/or financial information are based on file imports or data pushed to the Affiliate platform.

Registration Report

Registration report is a granular level report, showing each specific user/player per row.

  • External user ID, Smartico user ID

  • Brand

  • Registration Date

  • Username (if sent to Smartico by the platform)

  • Affiliate

  • Qualification date

  • Net deposits FTD + Date Deposits count

  • Withdrawals amount

  • P&L (GGR)

  • Net P&L (NGR) This value is a calculated field = (total_bets)-(total_wins)-(bonuses)-(adjustments)

  • Volume (total bets, also used as qualification rule for CPA deals)

  • Commission

The registration report can be sorted by any of the fields presented as column names.

You can search by user ID (external ID or Smartico ID with @1234) and by Country (2 letter code)

Adding filters to Registration report:

  1. On the top right of the report, click on the triangle icon

  2. Choose filter to use;

  • Brand

  • Link

  • Commission range Filter by amounts of commission given to player

  • Deal type (CPA, CPA+Revshare Net P&L, CPA+CPL, etc)

  • Has commission (yes/no)

  • Registration status If applicable (Duplicate, Fraud, Self-excluded etc). The platform provider should sent the abovementioned statuses

  • FTD date

  • AFP/UTM Search by specific dynamic parameter used when sending the traffic

  • Campaign/Source ID/ Deal group ID

Exporting registration report:

On the top right of the report, click on the Export button. A .csv file will be generated and downloaded automatically.

Please note that the fields available to the affiliate in the registration report are controlled by the “additional permissions” list in the Affiliate Account.

By clicking on a player row in the registration report you will access the Player Profile with all the information aggregated for the player by the affiliate platform.

Media Report

Media report is designed to show results by the different channels and affiliates, with the ability of grouping by or filtering different dimensions.

The media report is similar to a Pivot table in Excel. Drag & Drop the dimensions you want to filter, or group by into the report.

For example: Filter by a period;

Group by Period, Country, Affiliate etc;

When you are using Dimensions, by default only 5 records will be shown per group. You can increase the limit of records shown by clicking on the dimension and selecting a higher limit.

In the example below you can see a report for the current year (January - Month to Date) grouped by Month, and by Affiliate username:

With the media report you can see results, for example:

  • By specific landing pages (Destination Links)

  • By specific media banners, emails

  • By countries, languages

  • By AFP and/UTM Campaigns (see also Destination Links and how to grab a tracked link)

  • Add remove columns like Clicks (visits), Number of registrations, Deposits, FTD, QFTD, FTD amounts, Revshare Commissions, Total Commissions etc

Pixel Log

The Pixel Log will show the operator all the history of the pixels fired to back to the affiliates, and their statuses (New, Failed, Delivered, Expired etc).

You can filter by:

  • Brand Affiliate (Username)

  • Deal Type (CPA, CPA+CPL, Revshare Net P&L etc)

  • Status (Delivered, New, Queue, Failed etc)

  • Pixel Type (S2S HTTP, Facebook, iFrame etc)

  • Pixel Date

  • Affiliate Manager

  • Deal Group ID (a specific deal of specific affiliate)

  • Registration date

  • QFTD date

Click on the small arrow to view the server response for the pixel:

The pixel log will allow you to go back and see if certain FTDs and Registrations were reported back to the affiliate by the pixel and the response of their server.

Subscribing to Reports

You can get all your reports in a picture format without logging in to check results, by subscribing to the reports and having them sent to your inbox on a daily or weekly basis.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Choose the report or dashboard you want to subscribe to

  2. Click on the envelope icon on the top right side of the screen

  1. Choose your preferred timing for receiving the reports. You can select between 3 options:

  • Daily, at 20:00

  • Weekly, one time every Friday at 20:00

  • One time (sent immediately after confirmation)

4. Click OK to confirm subscription to the report

5. The system will then confirm your subscription and the report will be sent to the email address of the Smartico account owner

Cancel Your Subscription

In case you want to change or cancel the subscription to the report, simply:

  1. Click on the Envelope icon

  2. Select the report you are subscribed to (it will be the one with the “V”)

  3. Confirm to cancel subscription
